    I made this delicious fruit dip for a baby shower I went to, it was a hot August day and I was looking for something refreshing to serve. You get tired of just making sandwiches and sweets so I made something different. It was huge success, everyone loved it, dip and fresh fruit, I had carved a baby carriage out of a watermelon and had it loaded with fresh fruit. I used watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, grapes, strawberries and oranges, it was a lot of fun.

      1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and preserves until blended. Fold in the whipped topping and marshmallow creme. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit. Yield: 4 cups. See more great recipes at: And also check:

      This dip is pretty fragile, so you'll want to keep it refrigerated at all times. It won't keep for more than a few days due to the sour cream or yogurt base, but chances are you won't have it for more than a day anyway! Everyone loves this dip!

      How to Serve Strawberry Fruit Dip

      • Serve this fruit dip on a large white platter surrounded by whole strawberries, graham crackers and vanilla wafer crackers.
      • Other fruit compliment this dip as well especially if you're preparing a fruit platter, place a bowl of this dip right in the center!
      • If you're going to serve apple slices alongside the dip, try to sprinkled some lemon juice on the apple slices so they stay fresh and don't turn brown.

      How to Make Strawberry Fruit Dip

      It doesn't get any easier than this recipe. This recipe uses only three ingredients, so it's pretty simple to put together!

      Strawberry Fruit Dip – Weight Watchers Freestyle

      My Mom used to buy strawberry fruit dip from a local store. My kids and I would sit at the table and gobble it all up. We wouldn’t even want dinner after because we were so full of fruit and dip.

      Although the dip was really good, I know it wasn’t good for me. It was very sticky, which means there was a lot of sugar in it.

      I had a craving for that fruit dip, but I wanted to lighten it up. I used strawberry sugar free Jello mix to get the strawberry flavor.

      I love the smell of Jello when I cut the bag one. I think it’s because we used to have Jello as a snack a lot when I was a kid. That was back in the day when we had to make Jello and they didn’t have it in the little containers already made.

      I used one teaspoon of the Jello powder and I mixed it with 2 teaspoons of very hot water. I wanted to make sure the Jello wasn’t powdery in the dip.

      I mixed the Jello and water with 2 tablespoons of marshmallow creme. I stirred it really well to make sure it wasn’t grainy from the Jello.

      Once that was done I added 2 cups of fat-free Cool Whip. I added it 1/2 cup at a time, stirring after each 1/2 cup.

      The recipe makes a little over two cups. It is 1 Freestyle point per serving, which is a little more than 2 tablespoons.

      You can use any kind of fruit you want with this strawberry dip. I love using strawberries. I also cut up some apples and grapes.

      Pineapple is another favorite of mine to use with strawberry dip. I don’t know why it tastes so good together, but it does. And I love it!!

      How to soften cream cheese – 3 methods

      It is very important to make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature when making the dip. If you use it straight from the refrigerator, no matter how long it is beaten there will still be little lumps. No one wants lumps in their fruit dip! There are a few methods I like to use for bringing cream cheese to room temperature depending on how much time I have.

      1. The first method is to simply set the cream cheese out on the counter for 30 minutes to an hour in its original packaging. It shouldn’t be left out much longer than an hour.
      2. The second method is a hot water bath. Fill a bowl with hot tap water and place the cream cheese, still wrapped in foil, in the bowl for 5-10 minutes to bring it to room temperature. If the foil has been opened, place the cream cheese in a resealable plastic bag before placing it in the water bath.
      3. The third method is to soften it in the microwave. This is my least preferred method because it can melt and overcook. Most microwaves have a “soften” setting. If not, cut 8 ounces of cream cheese in cubes and microwave on high for 15-20 seconds. Stir. If not softened to the desired consistency, continue to microwave at 10 second increments until completely softened. This recipe makes approximately 2 cups of dip.

      Strawberry Marshmallow Fruit Dip Recipe

      • Cheese – 1 cup
      • Brown Sugar-6 tbsp
      • Sugar – 6 tbsp (optional)
      • Vanilla powder – 1 tbsp
      • milk cream-2 tbsp
      • strawberry essence -2 tbsp

      Strawberry Marshmallow Fruit Dip Recipe
      Select cream cheese for best result , mix brown sugar with the cheese. mix cheese until all lumps dissolve and you will get a pure creamy mix with a caramel flavor.Add one tbsp vanilla powder with the mixture for a good taste.Add milk or fresh cream with the cheese to get a smoothy paste . Add strawberry essence with the mixture ,wipe it for 10 min for better result . Thats it your strawberry dip is ready to serve.

      Instead of brown sugar we shall Add white sugar powder / icing sugar ,I have Added brown sugar for caramel flavor.
      Marshmallow Free recipe can be stored in fridge for 1 week.
      Usually for a dip we use marshmallow cream but this is a marshmallow free recipe.
      Do not add water to the dip .
      Instead of strawberry essence you can also use strawberry powder for make this strawberry fruit dip.

      How to soften cream cheese + cool whip

      Cream cheese:

      The easiest way to soften cream cheese is to leave it on the counter for an hour or so. However, if you need it softened quicker, you can simply place the cream cheese on a microwave-safe plate and heat for about 15 seconds, or until soft. Make sure you check it frequently as you want it softened, not melted.

      Likewise, it’s pretty simple to soften cool whip—when you bring it home from the store, place it in your fridge rather than your freezer. It will be nice and soft after a few hours!

      If you need it softened faster, however, you can use the microwave again here as well. Set your microwave to defrost for 30 seconds, then stir it and try another 30 seconds. Keep defrosting until it’s softened.

      Fruit Dip Recipes
