Japanese cheesecake made from only 3 ingredients: light, quick and extremely tasty dessert, which has become more and more popular lately. Try it and you will see why!

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Refrigerate the egg whites and preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie, stirring constantly with a spatula.

Put in the unsalted cheese cream, stirring gently until smooth. Set it aside. Add the yolks, mix.

Remove the egg whites from the fridge. Using a mixer, beat them until you get a hard foam. Put a third of the egg whites over the grated cream. Stir. Then, in turn, the other two thirds, stirring gradually until smooth.

Prepare a heat-resistant dish, put parchment paper that you grease with oil. Pour the mixture. Take the bowl, lift it slightly and "hit" the table a few times to remove air bubbles.

Pour some hot water into the oven tray, place your pot in the middle. Bake as follows: 15 minutes at 170 degrees, 15 minutes at 160 degrees and… turn off the heat, leaving your pot there for another 15 minutes.

Remove and leave to cool. Powder with sugar, if desired, or sprinkle with almond flakes.

The oily phase aims to improve circulation by massaging the skin for 4 minutes. Also, soften the top layer and help loosen clogged pores. It is crucial to choose the right oil that can sit on the top of your face.

For example, jojoba oil will be absorbed into the skin. It is better to use castor oil, which helps to move stagnation and extract toxins. Be sure to massage your skin if you have trauma or contraindications.

The second part, 2 minutes: the cleansing phase of the cream

After massaging your face, apply a detergent on top of the oil. Experts say that they prefer cleansers instead of foam or gel, because they do not dry the skin as much. Cleanse your face for 2 minutes with gentle movements so as not to injure your face.

Last 4 minutes: rinsing phase

Start with warm water for 2 minutes, then finish with cold water for another 2 minutes. Warm water can help flush excess oil from the skin and increase blood flow to the surface.

Cold water can help tighten pores. This technique helps to moisturize the skin, so that after the procedure, your face will look shiny.

What is your face cleansing technique? What tips do you have to make your skin look flawless?

Japanese cuisine

Any recipe for Japanese food it is the occasion of an imaginary journey through an exotic realm of flavors, shapes and textures. The Land of the Rising Sun has a rich culinary culture that has been perfect for thousands of years and has slowly, slowly conquered the entire world.

Japanese cuisine puts rice, the favorite ingredient of this people for over 2000 years, first. Rice is so important to the Japanese that at one point in history it was used as a currency, and the word for rice cooked in Japanese also means "food" - in other words, no meal without rice.

The rice used in food or cake recipes has a short grain and becomes sticky when cooked. The Japanese prefer white rice, which they consider tastier than brown rice. Sushi, onigiri, chazuke and many other Japanese recipes contain rice as the main ingredient. It can be combined with seaweed, fish, vegetables, spices, soy sauce, raw or cooked eggs and, in general, with anything that comes to the chef's mind.

Because the country is made up of islands, Japanese cuisine places a lot of emphasis on the delights of the ocean: seaweed, seafood and of course fish and marine mammals.

However, the most famous dish in Japanese cuisine, sushi, is not based on raw fish, as we Europeans believe. There are several varieties of sushi, and the only common ingredient is rice, which can be combined with meat, seaweed, soy, etc. For example, Inarizushi is a combination of rice and tofu, while Chirashizushi contains rice and several types of sashimi - raw meat - which can be fish or something else. The best known type of sushi is Norimaki, a roll of fish and rice wrapped in seaweed.

Important ingredients in Japanese cuisine include noodles, which in some recipes can replace rice. Traditionally, noodles are served cold, along with a sauce. But the Japanese also include them in soup recipes, a custom taken from the Chinese in the last hundred years.

Another "trademark" of Japanese chefs is sashimi, raw meat cut into very thin slices. It is usually fish or seafood, but in some areas horse, chicken or beef sashimi are also eaten. A curiosity of the Japanese is Ikizukuri, sashimi from a live animal, usually fish.

Other ingredients that appear frequently in Japanese recipes are seaweed, chicken or quail eggs, tofu and other soy products, shellfish, vegetables, exotic fruits and mushrooms - the famous maitake, shiitake and others known to have healing properties.
Of course, it is not easy to prepare a recipe from Japanese cuisine, not because they themselves would be complicated, but because the ingredients are a rarity in our country. But recipes for sushi, Japanese rice or noodles must be tried at least once and must be served with chopsticks.

My passion is cooking!

That is the question. Why homemade cakes? Because cooking for loved ones is an act of pure love. We are all aware that health is the most valuable asset. It is rightly said that we are what we eat. That is why it is very important to eat as naturally as possible. As healthy as possible. Let's strive to cook homemade food, homemade cakes, to convince our children that a homemade dessert is much better than a commercial cake, full of blasphemous E's.

Most of us are very busy and we think we have no time for cooking. It is very easy to get lost between the chase for money, work obligations, time lost in traffic, bills to pay, shopping, meetings with parents, washing, ironing, cleaning… And yet, what do we eat today?

The answer comes naturally. Homemade cookies. After one or two dishes, also homemade, because I suggest we all make a change in the way we look at life, care for health and, therefore, in the way we cook. Old and new recipes, traditional, modern and reinvented. This is the slogan of this project. Recipes for classic or fashionable homemade cakes, simpler or more complicated, faster or more laborious.

Japanese cake

One of the cakes of my childhood, which I prepared this weekend with my mother ... I remembered all the Christmas and Easter since I was little.

For the countertop: rub the foam 140g of margarine and 140g of sugar, then add 140g of ground walnuts, hard beaten foam from 4 eggs, 100g of flour + juice from a lemon. Mix well until the dough is smooth. Grease the pan and line it with flour, pour the dough into it and bake on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, taking care not to dry out.

P.S. & # 8211 When I say tray, I mean the small tray in a set of 3, as are the standard sets. The proportions in the recipe written by me are for the small tray, so for the medium tray you put a half portion, and for the large tray you put a double portion.

When the dough is baked (it does not remain on the toothpick, but it is not dry either), prepare the cream: mix 4 yolks with 150g powdered sugar, vanilla essence and a good spoonful of lemon peel. Place it on the baking sheet and put it back in the oven, on the fire a little faster, so that it forms a crust, around 10-15 minutes. When it is ready, let it cool very well and pour the icing made of 70g margarine, 70g of powdered sugar, rubbed with 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 2 rum essences.

Japanese cheesecake & # 8211 an amazing dessert!

Jiggly Cake or The Japanese cheesecake it is a desert that has conquered millions of gourmets around the world. A cake that vibrates literally at every touch, fluffy, light, delicious and contains only a few ingredients. It is easy to prepare, with a wonderful and refined taste. Everything is for the steps to be strictly followed.

300 gr fine cream cheese cow (very suitable for this recipe is the Philadelphia brand)

140 ml of milk in which we put a powder little of salt

vanilla & # 8211 optional to taste

Method of preparation:

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites. The yolks are mixed with half the amount of sugar and starch. Sift the sugar forward to get a finer texture. Add the warm milk and mix well until incorporated into the sugar and egg mixture. Separately, mix the butter with the bain-marie cream cheese until it looks like cream. When it reaches the desired consistency, pour it over the egg milk, adding the rest of the sugar. Mix well with a whisk or a mixer on low speed. Whisk the egg whites with a little salt. When they become shiny and increase in volume, add over the cheese and egg mixture and mix, this time with a spatula. Do not use the mixer! This way the cheesecake will no longer look fluffy. Pour the composition into the pan and place in the oven heated to 150 degrees for 1 hour. After baking, remove from the mold by inverting and allow to cool. When it reaches room temperature, it can be left in the fridge until the next day when it can be served to those who are definitely waiting for it!
