Named for Mexico's largest city, this is an aged-tequila twist on the classic Manhattan.
- 2 ounce reposado tequila
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: lime twist
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime twist or a cherry.
