- 1 1/2 oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz St-Germain
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Fresh Fuji apple juice
- 3/4 oz Champagne
- Garnish: apple cubes
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice.
Top with the Champagne and garnish with some apple cubes.
