500 gr flour
250 ml of milk
100 gr of bee honey
25 gr butter
7 gr dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
for the filling:
300 gr fresh cow's cheese
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
100 gr raisins
1 teaspoon essential rom
2 tablespoons milk
50 ml water
1 tablespoon sugar
Method of preparation
Mix flour with yeast and salt. Add melted butter, honey and warm milk. Knead until you get a thick dough that you leave to rise until it doubles in volume.
Pour the dough on the work surface sprinkled with flour and spread a sheet of suitable thin. Mix the cheese with the sugar, eggs and raisins soaked in rum essence. The composition should not be very soft because otherwise it will flow. Spread the composition in a thin layer over the dough.
We roll and get a roll.
Cut the roll obtained into thick slices of about two fingers.

• 1 tablespoon oil and salt
• honey to taste
• 2.5 liters of water
• 1 handful of raisins
• 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
• grated lemon or orange peel
