It is a very tasty cake, which I ate at my niece's and I really liked it, so I thought I would share it with you, the cooks :) .....
- 300 g sugar
- 400 g coconut flakes
- 8 egg whites
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon coffee / nes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 50 g butter
- 4 tablespoons milk / whipped cream
- 1 sachet Creme Ole
- 500 ml liquid cream
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Egg white cake and Cream Ole:
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then with the sugar. Add the coconut flakes and incorporate by mixing lightly. The resulting paste is poured into a tray lined with baking paper and left in the oven on the right heat for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the chocolate cream. It is spread over the cold countertop.
"Creme Ole" is mixed with liquid cream, then spread over the chocolate cream. Grate the chocolate on top.
