I was a Chef for 1 year and I thought I would bring you a wonderful cake. I fondly remember the first day I entered this site and everything seemed so strange to me. Now this site has become a wonderful circle of beautiful people in which I was welcomed with open arms. I met wonderful chefs who I liked from the first meeting. I was delighted by the joy and well-being it offers you. I am very happy that I managed to join this beautiful family and I hope to be with you for a long time to come.

  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 45 g cocoa
  • 85 g chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cherry jam
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla essence

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION A wonderful black woman and 1 year of Chef:

In a bowl we put eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix them until they double in volume and light in color. Gradually add the oil and mix at low speed until it is perfectly incorporated into the egg mixture. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla essence. Mix. Add the 2 tablespoons of cherry jam. Sift the cocoa into a bowl, and then add 1 tablespoon and incorporate it into the dough. We do this until we finish incorporating all the cocoa. We lined a tray with baking paper. Pour the dough into the tray and leave it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees C. Insert a toothpick to check if the dough is baked. Let the cake cool completely and then put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. We soak the cake in the freezer and we can cut it. Keep the cake in the refrigerator. We ate it with cherry jam on top and chocolate topping. It's wonderful!

Coffee-flavored blackberry

Danydany81 sent a wonderful recipe to our Contest: Simple blackberry with jam. Bring spring with you with your wonderful recipes prepared for your loved ones and you can win a DeKassa 10 Liter pressure cooker with extra glass lid, a wok pan with lid and Bergner ceramic interior (Vioflam series), or a steam cooking pot with two Peterhof sites (bottom encapsulated in 3 layers), offered by Megaplus.ro.

Ingredients Black coffee aroma

-4-5 tablespoons jam (blueberries, strawberries, roses, plums, berries)

-1 teaspoon baking soda

-100 gr milk or bitter chocolate

Optional to decorate a few almond flakes

Preparation Negresa with coffee aroma

Mix flour with cocoa and baking soda. Separately in another bowl mix eggs, milk, oil, sugar and rum essence.

Incorporate the flour into the liquid mixture and then add the jam. I mix them with both the target and the mixer.

Wallpaper a medium tray with baking paper and turn over the composition above, leveling it slightly.

Place the tray in the oven (preheated) for 30-35 minutes on medium heat (170 degrees).

Meanwhile we prepare the glaze:

In a ceramic bowl add all the ingredients for the glaze except the butter.

Stir gently until the icing is homogeneous and the chocolate melts, let it simmer for another 3 minutes from the moment it starts to boil, stirring constantly. After turning off the heat, add the butter, mix well then leave the icing to cool (a very solid icing does not come out, it's like a more liquid cream, we like it that way :))

Remove the blackberry from the oven and after it cools, portion it to your liking (leaving it in the tray, possibly removing only the baking paper), then add the icing with a spoon. Sprinkle coconut or almond flakes on top and ready to serve.

I tell you honestly it is delicious, with us that we usually ate the first tray in record time))

Blackberry recipe straight from the Americans

Preheat the oven to 160 C and grease a pan with butter, then line it with flour.

Break the chocolate into pieces and cut the butter into cubes, then melt them at a moderate temperature. Try to do this using a little trick: place the stainless steel container you are using on top of one with water.

Add the sugar and continue to stir.

Beat the eggs lightly with the vanilla, then add them over the chocolate mix. Don't be scared if the yolks are stubborn to stay on the surface! Stir vigorously, don't let yourself get hurt! The final mix must be homogeneous, without lumps.

Add flour in the rain and mix carefully. If you want you can sprinkle a handful of crushed hazelnuts, cashews, almonds or walnuts, as you prefer!

Place the composition in the tray and let it spread nicely and evenly. Leave everything in the oven for 35 minutes.

The cake is ready! Compared to others recipes of Negro of high complexity, recipe of Negro Diva Hair proposal is a breeze!

patella: Immediately after it has cooled, cut the blackberry with a knife greased with butter. This way you will avoid putting sticky cake blocks on the plate!

Black fasting recipe with nuts

I placed the first culinary posts on the pages of the Bucataras site. It is and will remain my soul site where I made dear friends. While the cake is baking, prepare the icing for it. In a bowl put chocolate, 20g butter and 50ml liquid cream. The girls from the cook kept preparing it, from where I was inspired by the coconut balls. I prepared the top with chocolate and cherries.

A black woman like you haven't eaten in a long time & # 8230

A cake in front of which you can't resist too much. Very good with a coffee or a glass of milk.

• 5 eggs
• 350 g sugar
• 200 g flour
• 4 tablespoons black cocoa
• 150 g butter (80% fat)
• 50 ml oil
• 200 ml of milk
• a spoon free of rum
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• a dark chocolate
• a pinch of salt

RECIPE PREPARATION Black cake dessert:

In a saucepan, boil the milk, butter, oil, sugar and cocoa. Stir continuously until the composition is homogeneous. Set aside, add the rum essence, mix and remove 12 tablespoons of the composition that we will use with chocolate to icing the cake.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites (like meringue) with a pinch of salt. Over the yolks, add the cocoa composition (cooled) in a thin thread and mix. We also add flour mixed with baking powder.

At the end, add a tablespoon of the beaten egg whites and mix lightly with a spatula until the whole amount is incorporated.

We put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper (I had a tray of 25 & # 21535 cm, if you have a slightly smaller one it is even better because the cake will come out higher) and put it in the preheated oven over medium heat ( 180 degrees) for 40-45 minutes.

We do the toothpick test. Let the lamp cool, remove it from the pan and portion it.

We put the 12 tablespoons off the icing on the fire with the broken chocolate pieces. Stir to melt the chocolate. When it cools, spread it over the portioned cake.

1
The cake can be served directly in the tray.
2
The oil can be replaced with another 50 g butter or instead of oil and butter you can use margarine for cakes (200 g).
3
In the composition you can add nuts, raisins or other fruits.
4
Milk can be replaced with plain or mineral water.
5
The tray can be greased with butter and floured wallpaper.

  • In a stainless steel saucepan put the butter together with the chocolate over low heat and mix until they have melted and homogenized.
  • Set aside the pan and add all the sugar, stirring until incorporated. The sugar must not melt.
  • Let it cool a bit (it does not have to be very hot so that the egg does not coagulate), then add one egg, mixing well after each addition with a whisk.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder and add it in the rain over the chocolate composition, mixing well from the bottom up.
  • Coconut heart:

Wallpaper a tray with baking paper and pour half of the chocolate composition.

Bake in a hot oven at 170 ºC for 40-50 minutes. We try it with a stick and when it comes out clean, we take it out of the oven.
IMG_6773

We cut it cold, or warm, by no means hot!
Good appetite!

The smell is intoxicatingly irresistible! What could be better than a combination of beak and coconut :-)

uauuuu when I woke up I opened the calculation, and I couldn't believe how simple and how good it looks
it's clear the cake I'm going to make in the next few days
thank you ioana

Cristina 9 years ago - April 19, 2011 1:25 PM

D. 9 years ago - April 20, 2011 07:30

As far as I know, the black woman also has an egg white cream under the icing, I don't know exactly how it is made, but I can definitely say that.

Ioana 9 years ago - April 20, 2011 09:46

there are many variants of "beautifying" black women. the meringue you are talking about is one, others just a sprinkle with sugar, it can be marbled with cheese (see recipe on the site) or use a chocolate icing. or Mars in the modern version. and I must admit that it is a brilliant, good-looking and tasty idea. as the American would say "it's a keeper".
but words and pictures can't convince you that it's an extremely successful cake, you have to try it.

Norica 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 14:04

if I don't have whipped milk and chocolate, what can I put at my mother's house? I don't remember that she used chocolate and whipped milk ... help me rof

Ioana 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 14:15

I don't see a reason why you should replace them, because whipped milk and marching bars are found in any small food. but if you want you can put instead of whipped milk: 100 ml of milk + 2 teaspoons of vinegar, and instead of bars go any chocolate you want (bitter, with milk, etc.).

Ioana Timis 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 15:20

Ioana, does the oven have to be preheated before? That's what I did and small cracks came out on top of the cake, but I don't know if it's because of that.

Ioana 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 15:55

must be preheated. but it's no problem, I also had cracks (see picture 2). after you glaze it, they won't be seen. that's why we "beautify" the face of the cakes, they don't come out perfect on top. there are small cracks or bumps. pastry chefs solve the problem by cutting the surface of imperfect countertops. but this is not the case, after glazing the cubes will look perfect.

Gabriela Zaharia 9 years ago - 29 April 2011 19:35

Now I took it out of the oven. I baked it in a cake pan with a diameter of 24 (I don't have another one) and it came out a bit high, I kept it in the oven for an hour. It cracked in the middle too, but it's nothing, I can't wait to glaze it. I'm sure it will be delicious, and the raw dough was good, I couldn't help but taste it

Cristina 9 years ago - 29 April 2011 19:51

Ioana I have a little question: can I put yogurt instead of whipped milk?

Gabriela Zaharia 9 years ago - 29 April 2011 20:36

Pt. Cristina: I didn't have whipped milk either, it can't be found here and I replaced it with yogurt and it came out. In all Ioana's recipes, I replace whipped milk with yogurt.

Roxanna Mika 9 years ago - 3 May 2011 11:33

I also made the cake last night. It turned out very good.
It looks a little crumbly, but it probably should be
Anyway, he ate last night, in a few minutes, half a tray. I barely managed to keep it for my friend. thanks ioana for the recipe

adina 9 years ago - 9 May 2011 16:27

Hi, last night I made this cake and it's very good, but I'm not a fan of coffee, and I wanted to ask you if I could replace it with something else. cappuccino made with milk or just milk.
thanks I'm waiting for an answer

Ioana 9 years ago - 9 May 2011 16:32

milk, water you can put. but also cappuccino with milk is a good idea.

adry 9 years ago - 14 June 2011 17:37

Good, good, good. I did and I recommended to others. Special icing with a taste of marching (the only snack after which I go to the wind).

gabi 9 years ago - 17 July 2011 12:04

Do you remember what weight the marching bars had? I know that there are two smaller bars in a package. I understand that you used one with a single stick? I don't want to fail

Ioana 9 years ago - July 18, 2011 09:19

individual marching bars I used. I don't know what weight they have, I think about 50 gr each.

Caesar 9 years ago - July 19, 2011 9:55 PM

In the end, does the glaze harden?

Caesar 9 years ago - July 19, 2011 9:57 PM

Ioana 9 years ago - July 20, 2011 09:19

the icing hardens a little compared to when you put it, but it doesn't become as hard as chocolate. it will be creamy.
you can syrup the countertop a little if you want.

elena 9 years ago - 31 July 2011 23:19

Servus Ioana. I'm a big fan of black women, and your recipe inspired me, but it turned out to be very shattering. Do you have any idea why? So that I can fix the mistake next time.
thank you very much

mihaela 9 years ago - 5 August 2011 12:07

Ioana itsi gives advice, ka negresa to be even tastier maninko a pik kaldutsa shi ku a ball of ice cream next to it is delicious asha mankam noi in kishinau..kombinatsia is very good..black sweet and a pik kalda after kare comes a teaspoon of cold ice cream ..

Ioana 9 years ago - 8 August 2011 14:00

Elena, it looks like it's baked too hard. Is your oven thermostat accurate enough? I say next time leave it less in the oven and do the toothpick test faster.

mihaela, thank you very much for the suggestion, I will try like this next time.

danamama 9 years ago - 12 August 2011 10:40

Ioana 9 years ago - 28 September 2011 12:50

milk and a cube of butter after you take the icing off the heat.

my cakes crack on top very hard why?
and I respect exactly the recipes!

karina 9 years ago - 12 November 2011 22:19

Ioana 9 years ago - 13 November 2011 13:50

yes, but it won't look good. the glaze is not only for taste but also to hide imperfections from the surface. but you can sprinkle some powdered sugar if you don't want to make the icing.

Loredana Ile 9 years ago - December 1, 2011 15:00

it's the best blackberry I've eaten, the top is very good and the icing is great

Your blackness Ioana looks wonderful. today I am going to try it. but I wouldn't want it to be crumbly. That's why I'm going to ask Simona what she meant when she said she only used butter (200g)? haven't you put oil on? or?
thanks for the recipe Ioana

Ioana 9 years ago - 2 February 2012 13:55

that's certainly what he meant. but if he reads us we are waiting for him to confirm this.

Luciana Alexandra 9 years ago - 2 February 2012 15:44

And the question is, how many grains are in a sachet of baking powder? I don't live in Romania and I don't remember exactly

Ioana 9 years ago - 2 February 2012 15:46

about 10 gr. read on your envelope for how much flour your baking powder is indicated and match.

Simina 9 years ago - 10 February 2012 11:51

I also made the cake. it turned out DELICIOUS !! Only it's not a recipe like the one from Ceasca's time !! It's 99% identical to Elglish Chocolate Fudge Cake !! Heat in the microwave as much as you want to eat to melt the icing and serve with vanilla ice cream (or sweet cream for children, in winter). Excellent hot-cold combination !!

Ioana 9 years ago - 10 February 2012 11:52

this cake will always remain in my memory. today my 4 year old and 8 month old daughter did it alone. I just prepared the ingredients for him, because he doesn't know how to weigh. She's so excited you don't even know! That's all he mentioned "mommy already has my hand spinning so much, but it's going to be so tasty!". I will put some pictures. proof. I haven't tasted it yet, because I just put the icing on it and it's still warm. it smells extraordinarily good. we didn't find the marching chocolate (at the store where we live) and so we used snickers in an emergency. and I had no more whipped cream and used a few teaspoons of sour cream. I said let's try. and good thing I tried. it turned out very, very good. I didn't expect the icing to come out so good. only the chocolate hazelnuts can be seen above, but they look very good. I'll be back when I taste it. we made it in the shape of a cake (26 cm, and it was k. it didn't come out too high). it was my little girl's wish.

Ioana 8 years ago - 2 September 2012 12:42

I hope the taste delighted the little one as much as the preparation! it's great that you involve her in this kind of very relaxing activities. congratulations!

mihaela 8 years ago - 2 September 2012 15:59

very cool. today we went to the mother-in-law's table and we had to take the "cake" with us and you realize that it was necessary to sing "Happy Birthday!" (even if there are still 4 months until then). she was delighted to be told how good she made the cake.

Ioana 8 years ago - 3 September 2012 15:31

correctly, if he has worked so hard, his merits must be recognized

natalia 8 years ago - 5 September 2012 12:08

I made the cake yesterday. it is insane.

Lidia 8 years ago - 8 September 2012 16:36

now I put the blackberry in the oven too, I hope it comes out, earlier I started to make a blackberry but with the recipe from another site and I realized that it's a recipe idiocy: now I'm starting to make the icing, the problem is since I don't have whipped cream, I'll try milk, I hope something comes out

RAMONA 8 years ago - 23 September 2012 00:22

I respected absolutely everything and my cake didn't grow at all. WHY?

Natalie 8 years ago - 23 September 2012 00:25

What a better recipe for black women !!

Ioana 8 years ago - 24 September 2012 10:54

did you put the baking powder? was it ok just without him, your cake wouldn't have grown like the world.

Toni 8 years ago - 29 September 2012 23:22

Hi Ioana, I made blackberry today according to your recipe and it turned out very crumbly. What did I do wrong? The icing with Mars instead is delicious! Thanks!

Ioana 8 years ago - 30 September 2012 11:12

Did you keep it in the oven longer? if not, next time you can test it a little faster than the time I gave and as the toothpick is clean you take it out.

Mihaela 8 years ago - October 21, 2012 10:13

Hello Ioana,
Today I made your recipe. I used all your ingredients, except the coffee I replaced with milk. After removing the cake from the oven, I noticed that it had not grown evenly, and after a few minutes the raised part withdrew. I don't know what I did wrong because she didn't grow tall. Should the composition be done quickly?

Ioana 8 years ago - 22 October 2012 11:03

yes, the composition should be baked immediately after you have prepared it. was the cake baked inside when you cut it?

Mihaela 8 years ago - 22 October 2012 19:23

Yes, the cake was baked inside, but it didn't come out fluffy and tall. Otherwise, it turned out tasty and was not even crumbly. Should the baking powder be extinguished? I think that could be the cause, I put it off.

Ioana 8 years ago - 23 October 2012 11:52

the baking powder must not be extinguished. I think you mixed the dough too hard. usually this type of cake (and cake) is easy to mix. I use the target for the most part, because it's not as hard with the dough as a spoon. try this next time.

Mihaela 8 years ago - 23 October 2012 21:55

It is possible that the dough was mixed too hard, indeed. Next time I will try my best. Thanks for the reply.

alisia 8 years ago - November 4, 2012 14:39

I could make 2 dishes and fill them with vanilla pudding or chocolate and put the icing on top.
thank you kisses from spain _ *

Crina 7 years ago - 8 June 2013 20:21

Oh, how good this cake is. I made a tray today, yes, I think it's a little for 2 people, for sure this recipe will be on my list of favorite cakes, I have a question: if next time I would add pitted cherries on the counter, would it be ok? I have some cherries, without seeds, in a jar and I was thinking of trying to add them to the counter when I make more blackberries, but I would also be interested in your opinion.

RAMONA 7 years ago - 8 June 2013 22:56

Good evening, Ioana, the unbeaten whipped cream from the recipe refers to the whipped cream powder in the envelope. I'm not sure I understood well. I saw it in another recipe, for the chocolate and coconut cake. I haven't tried any yet for this reason. for recipes, it is the best site. Congratulations! Don't stop, we rely on you!

Cristina, this is natural cream for whipped cream. looks like this: [link] or like this [link]
it's like sour cream. if you beat it it becomes whipped cream. is found in supermarkets.

cristina 7 years ago - 20 June 2013 15:45

Thanks! I didn't think at all, the first thing that came to my mind was the whipped cream powder. I can't wait to try the cake, so far everything I've tried from your recipes turned out great.

We also tried the recipe last year and it turned out very good. Today I will make the top and then I will make a caramel cream according to a recipe also found on the internet ([link]), and over I will prepare the icing. I'm curious if it will come out: D: D: D: D

Re: Black and everything that appears new

When I was at home, my black mother was preparing for the holidays, they were very good, now it's my turn to make them at home, but I had forgotten some ingredients so I went here

Very good . and easy to do

Silviu 5 years ago - 27 June 2015 19:04

I didn't have bar sticks. I made the icing with milk, chocolate, a little sugar and a little cocoa. It turned out great. Excellent recipe. The countertop is super fluffy. Ah and I put yogurt on the counter because I didn't have whipped milk

And it turned out good
Bravo Oana

Carmen 3 years ago - 24 April 2017 13:56

Hi! it's a wonderful recipe! I put 175 g of sugar (and it was enough, because the icing is sweet) and I improved it with about 150 g of walnuts and a handful of raisins soaked in rum. Thanks for the recipe!

The whole family enjoyed the blackberry. The ultimate test: my mother thought it was better than the one she made, according to her old recipe. I declare myself satisfied.

BLACKBERRY WITH BANANAS

I will post here a delicious recipe that I learned from an Austrian cook. I also posted this recipe in the topic & quotnegresssssa & quot, opened by Pocahontas, and at her suggestion, I opened a new topic with this cake, because indeed, it is a little different from her & quotnegressssa & quot. Here's the recipe:

INGREDIENTS: (for countertop) 5 eggs, 200 g sugar, 200 ml oil, 1/2 cup water, 250 g flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 2 tablespoons cocoa. FOR CREAM: 1 vanilla pudding (Dr. Oetker), 5-6 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 cube Rama (margarine). FOR GLAZING: 2 milk chocolate sheets (I used Milka) and 1/2 Rama cube. YOU NEED 3-4 BANANAS.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with the sugar then add the oil, gradually forming a "sweet" mayonnaise. Then add water and the composition will become quite liquid, but don't be alarmed. 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and the baking powder and add them to the yolks, little by little. It will now be a slightly swirling composition. up and down (not with the mixer & # 33), until it becomes homogeneous. Grease a large tray (I use the stove tray) with butter, and pour, leveling nicely on top. 30 minute.

Dupa cum am spus,am facut mai intai budinca:

Apoi am separat galbenusurile de albusuri:
[attachmentid=72134]
[attachmentid=72135]
Iata maioneza "dulce":
[attachmentid=72137]
si cam asa arata dupa ce veti pune apa:
[attachmentid=72139]
Aici am amestecat faina cu cacao si praful de copt:
[attachmentid=72140]
si am adaugat apoi galbenusurilor:
[attachmentid=72142]
Iata aici vartoasa:
[attachmentid=72144]
Am batut albusurile si le-am adaugat galbenusurilor,amestecand cu lingura,usor:

[attachmentid=72145]
[attachmentid=72146]
[attachmentid=72148]
Asa arata aluatul inainte de a il baga la cuptor:
[attachmentid=72150]
[attachmentid=72151]
[attachmentid=72152]
Am uns tava cu unt,am turnat aluatul si am nivelat frumos cu o paleta, sa se coaca uniform:
[attachmentid=72154]
Se coace la 175-180 grade C, cca. 30 min. :
[attachmentid=72155].
Margarina se bate bine cu mixerul:
[attachmentid=72157]
apoi budinca:
[attachmentid=72158]
si apoi se amesteca una cu cealalta:
[attachmentid=72159].
Se intinde peste blatul rece,uniform:
[attachmentid=72160]
[attachmentid=72161]
Se aseaza apoi feliutele de banana deasupra,pe intreaga suprafata:
[attachmentid=72162]
[attachmentid=72163]
[attachmentid=72164]
Apoi se toarna glazura:
[attachmentid=72165]
Si. cam asa arata in faza finala:
[attachmentid=72166]
si din profil.
[attachmentid=72167]
. si de sus.
[attachmentid=72168].
Va doresc mult succes!!!
