I was a Chef for 1 year and I thought I would bring you a wonderful cake. I fondly remember the first day I entered this site and everything seemed so strange to me. Now this site has become a wonderful circle of beautiful people in which I was welcomed with open arms. I met wonderful chefs who I liked from the first meeting. I was delighted by the joy and well-being it offers you. I am very happy that I managed to join this beautiful family and I hope to be with you for a long time to come.

  • 45 g cocoa
  • 85 g chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cherry jam
  • 100 ml oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla essence

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION A wonderful black woman and 1 year of Chef:

In a bowl we put eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix them until they double in volume and light in color. Gradually add the oil and mix at low speed until it is perfectly incorporated into the egg mixture. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla essence. Mix. Add the 2 tablespoons of cherry jam. Sift the cocoa into a bowl, and then add 1 tablespoon and incorporate it into the dough. We do this until we finish incorporating all the cocoa. We lined a tray with baking paper. Pour the dough into the tray and leave it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees C. Insert a toothpick to check if the dough is baked. Let the cake cool completely and then put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. We soak the cake in the freezer and we can cut it. Keep the cake in the refrigerator. We ate it with cherry jam on top and chocolate topping. It's wonderful!

The oil can be replaced with another 50 g butter or instead of oil and butter you can use margarine for cakes (200 g).

The whole family enjoyed the blackberry. The ultimate test: my mother thought it was better than the one she made, according to her old recipe. I declare myself satisfied.


I will post here a delicious recipe that I learned from an Austrian cook. I also posted this recipe in the topic & quotnegresssssa & quot, opened by Pocahontas, and at her suggestion, I opened a new topic with this cake, because indeed, it is a little different from her & quotnegressssa & quot. Here's the recipe:

INGREDIENTS: (for countertop) 5 eggs, 200 g sugar, 200 ml oil, 1/2 cup water, 250 g flour, 1 sachet of baking powder, 2 tablespoons cocoa. FOR CREAM: 1 vanilla pudding (Dr. Oetker), 5-6 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 cube Rama (margarine). FOR GLAZING: 2 milk chocolate sheets (I used Milka) and 1/2 Rama cube. YOU NEED 3-4 BANANAS.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with the sugar then add the oil, gradually forming a "sweet" mayonnaise. Then add water and the composition will become quite liquid, but don't be alarmed. 2 minutes. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa and the baking powder and add them to the yolks, little by little. It will now be a slightly swirling composition. up and down (not with the mixer & # 33), until it becomes homogeneous. Grease a large tray (I use the stove tray) with butter, and pour, leveling nicely on top. 30 minute.Cand blatul este gata,se lasa sa se raceasca.Se prepara budinca de vanilie cu 5-6 linguri de zahar si se lasa sa se raceasca bine.(Eu fac de obicei mai intai budinca,sa aiba timp sa se raceasca.)Se freaca 1/2 cub Rama pana devine cremoasa.Budinca rece,de asemenea se bate cu mixerul si apoi se amesteca cu margarina.Crema astfel obtinuta se intinde uniform peste blatul racit si el.Deasupra ,se vor aseza feliute de banane,pe toata suprafata blatului.Apoi se pregateste glazura:se pune intr-un castron ciocolata si margarina si se topesc in cuptorul cu microunde (sau la bainmarie)-trebuie sa fie fierbinte ca sa se poata intinde pe toata suprafata blatului.Ca sa se obtina o glazura perfecta,se toarna toata glazura fierbinte in mijlocul prajiturii si apoi se intoarce tava in toate directiile pana va curge glazura peste tot.Se pune la rece,cel putin 2 ore si se consuma cu multa pofta.

Si, pentru ca am savarsit chiar astazi prajitura aceasta,am sa atasez si pozele aici :

Apoi am separat galbenusurile de albusuri:
Iata maioneza "dulce":
si cam asa arata dupa ce veti pune apa:
Aici am amestecat faina cu cacao si praful de copt:
si am adaugat apoi galbenusurilor:
Iata aici vartoasa:
Am batut albusurile si le-am adaugat galbenusurilor,amestecand cu lingura,usor:

Asa arata aluatul inainte de a il baga la cuptor:
Am uns tava cu unt,am turnat aluatul si am nivelat frumos cu o paleta, sa se coaca uniform:
Se coace la 175-180 grade C, cca. 30 min. :
Margarina se bate bine cu mixerul:
apoi budinca:
si apoi se amesteca una cu cealalta:
Se intinde peste blatul rece,uniform:
Se aseaza apoi feliutele de banana deasupra,pe intreaga suprafata:
Apoi se toarna glazura:
Si. cam asa arata in faza finala:
si din profil.
. si de sus.
