Heat the onion and garlic in oil, until it becomes glassy, ​​then quench with 2-3 tablespoons of wine and let it boil until it drops, then leave to cool. Boiled liver is also left to cool. Now, you need a very good blender, I have a hand-held vertical one, and put the livers in the bowl with the hardened onions, then pass them, make the paste. Add the butter and season to taste, then mix a little and the pate is ready. Store in jars for 2-3 days, and put lard on top, to keep it longer. It can be used as a filling for various appetizers.
